Camera, Lights, Action!

I have to admit over the past few years there have been several movies and TV programs that my husband has gotten me to watch. Most of the movies have been older ones that I would have never seen if it weren’t for him. So, I thought I should share them with you!

10 Cloverfield Lane

This one actually came out in 2016. I had never heard of it, or seen any previews for it. The whole time I went back and forth on whether or not I thought Michelle had been kidnapped or if Howard really was trying to save her.

Bridget Jones’s Diary

This movie came out in 2001. After we randomly decided to watch Bridget Jones’s Baby we decided we might as well watch the original. I know, a little backwards.

John Wick

One afternoon we were scrolling through Amazon on TV and my husband asked me if I had ever seen John Wick. He gasped when I told him I hadn’t. It’s definitely more of a dude movie, but I still enjoyed it.

The Martian

This isn’t a terribly old movie, but one I remember from one Sunday afternoon where we never got out of our pjs! If you haven’t seen it, it is really good!

Taking Chance

Taking Chance came out in 2009. This is another one I don’t remember seeing much commercials for. However, it’s one that brought a tear to my eye a few times during the movie.

There are several movies in the X-Men series, and a few spin offs. This was another that made my husband gasp that I hadn’t seen any of them. I watched a few different ones, enjoyed all of them.

Finally, a girl movie! It came out in 2001. All I can really say is, if you haven’t seen it, you must!!

A Time to Kill

This is one of the oldest movies my husband has gotten me to watch, it came out in 1996. This is an awesome movie about Matthew MaConaughey defending Carl Lee (Samuel L. Jackson) who murdered the two men who rapped his 10-year-old daughter.

TV Shows:

Greys Anatomy

I honestly had never watched it before, even though it was on its 9th season. We started watching it on Netflix and I was HOOKED! I binge watched through all the seasons available and was caught up with live TV before I knew it. I still watch it to this day.

Sons of Anarchy

This series is a little violent. At least for me it was. I couldn’t watch it before bed, or if I did then I had to watch a few Friends reruns to take my mind off of it. With all of that though, it was good. Haha.

What movies/tv shows do you love?

To my Hubby, thank you! đŸ˜˜
